BrightSense Profiles lets you create a single public web page that shows your professional contact details. The service is operated by Running Software Inc. on behalf of BrightSense.
Your full name, job designation, company email and contact number are shown on your profile page, together with any website, social media links and profile photo you add. Anyone who has your profile link can view these details and save them to their phone's contacts. Only submit information you are comfortable sharing publicly.
By creating a profile you consent to the collection, storage and display of the details above, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your profile.
Each profile gets a long, randomly generated link that is not listed or searchable in the app. Treat your link like a business card: share it with the people you want to reach you. Your edit passcode is stored only as a salted hash and cannot be recovered or reset. If you turn on PIN protection, your details are encrypted and only people who enter your PIN, or you with your passcode, can read them.
Do not impersonate others, publish third-party personal data, or use the service to send spam or unlawful content. Profiles that break these terms may be removed without notice.
You can view, correct or delete your profile at any time using "Login to Edit" on your profile page. For other requests, contact your BrightSense administrator.
We may update these terms. Material changes will ask you to agree again before creating a new profile.
